How quickly do you reply?

We usually respond to emails within 24 hours on business days.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

When you create your booking, you will pay a 400 DKK deposit. If you want to change the date of the booking, you can click the link in the confirmation email, and move it to any available time slot, without any additional fees.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you can also click the link in the confirmation email,
but if it's within 24 hours of game start, you will not have your deposit refunded.
